Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program Daily tasks: - Design new reporting solutions and prepare requirement specifications in collaboration with Product Owner, business analysts, IT analysts, developers and testers - Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver sustainable and reliable solutions aligned with the target operating model - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the IT development team - Facilitate understanding of business requirements and their technological impact - Facilitate understanding of technology constraints and solutions within the business context Several years of experience in IT and/or business solution analysis Strong experience in requirements elicitation and business analysis Good understanding of data flow integration Ability to scrutinize data content and behaviour using SQL Knowledge of trading and/or tax/transaction reporting to authorities Experience working with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently in a self-driven manner and manage multiple tasks Strong analytical mindset with the ability to handle complex topics Excellent written and spoken English communication skills 4+ years as Senior IT Analyst Nice to have: Experience with XSLT Experience with BDD Experience with Communication Layer Foundational understanding of programming and ability to read code Familiarity with Capital Markets flows Must have: SQL, Analysis Nice to have: xslt, BDD
