Mid-Level UX/UI Designer Project-Based, Ongoing Work

About Creava Creava is a design agency focused on SaaS, B2B platforms, dashboards and admin panels. We're looking for a Mid-level UX/UI Designer to join us on a project-by-project basis . You'll start with one project, and if it goes well we'll keep bringing you onto new client work as projects come in. What you'll do on each project Design user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI in Figma for SaaS/B2B products, dashboards and admin panels Work inside existing Figma design systems and component libraries, and extend them where needed Use AI tools to move faster on research, ideation or production, without letting quality or original thinking slip Explain your design decisions clearly in English, both in writing and on calls with our team Hit the agreed milestones and deadlines for each project What we're looking for 2–4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer Strong Figma skills: components, variants, auto layout and design systems Proven work on SaaS, B2B, dashboard or admin panel interfaces Fluent written and spoken English AI tools as part of your everyday workflow, with a solid design process of your own behind them A portfolio that shows UX thinking (problem, process, decisions), not just polished screens Able to work on your own, deliver on time and share progress without being chased How to apply Please send: Your CV and portfolio link 2–3 cases that best show your SaaS or dashboard work, with a sentence or two on your role in each A short note on how you use AI tools in your design process today Your rate and when you could start
