Creative Director, Messaging, Creative Operations
Описание от работодателя
Impactable | Remote (Ukraine) | Full-time
Impactable is one of the largest LinkedIn Ads agencies in the world and an official LinkedIn Marketing Partner — a multi-channel B2B demand generation agency built on a proprietary intelligence layer. We're investor-backed, growing fast, and distributed across the US, Ukraine, and Serbia.
Creative isn't an afterthought here — it's core to how we prove ROI for clients and stand out in a crowded LinkedIn Ads space. We're looking for a Creative Director to lead our Creative Center of Excellence: setting the standards, processes, and business results for copy and design as one unified function.
About the role
You'll own and manage Impactable's full copy + design contractor team as one unified function — led through a messaging-and-offers lens, not a design lens. You'll build the creative standards and playbooks that keep our work copy-led and performance-driven, and run Creative as one accountable seat rather than two separately-managed disciplines. You need sharp editorial judgment, a strong process mind, and a track record of sourcing and retaining creative talent.
What you'll do
Lead and develop the full copy + design contractor team; source, build, and retain a bench of creative talent clients love working with.
Own Impactable's brand positioning and online presence.
Own messaging and creative strategy for our clients — define what gets tested, why, and what we do next based on results, applying direct-response/CRO thinking to how messaging sequences are built, not just how they look.
Build scalable intake, approval, and QA processes so creative delivery stays fast and high-quality, regardless of which contractor is executing.
Oversee and approve creative deliverables across campaigns, thought leadership, and branding — reviewing and directing the work, not necessarily producing it yourself.
Act as a client-facing creative leader — translating vague ideas into clear, high-impact direction.
Own P&L for the Creative CoE: budgets, margins, utilization, and forecasting.
What we're looking for
6–8 years total experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/management capacity.
Proven experience leading creative teams across copy and design disciplines.
Experience managing a team of contractors across multiple creative disciplines, each with different cadences and QA approaches.
Strong editorial judgment across direct-response (CRO) and brand-building creative — able to direct and review both, not necessarily produce either personally.
Understanding of CRO / direct-response principles: how a messaging sequence needs to be built and sequenced to convert, not just execute well.
Strong grasp of B2B funnels, LinkedIn Ads, and multi-channel digital creative.
Experience building creative processes, standards, and QA systems at scale.
Direct experience managing budgets, utilization, or P&L. [Open question below.]
Strong stakeholder and client communication skills.
Upper-intermediate+ English (daily collaboration with the US team and clients).
Comfortable using AI tools and frameworks to cover day-to-day copy/design execution; familiarity with Figma, Illustrator, or equivalent is a plus rather than a requirement.
What success looks like
Creative that measurably improves CTR/CVR and ad longevity; one clear owner for the full copy + design contractor team with no oversight gaps; a Creative function running as a disciplined, well-processed unit; and clients who see Impactable as a trusted strategic creative partner.
