Senior Product Owner

We're looking for a Product Owner who thinks like a product person first and uses strong Business Analyst skills as the toolkit to get there. This is not a BA role with a new title - you'll own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for your area, and be accountable for the business outcomes it delivers, not just for well-written requirements.RequirementsiGaming: 2+ years of experience and understanding of casino/betting mechanics, including bonuses, payments, player accounts, affiliate tracking, and compliance.Product Ownership / Business Analysis: 4+ years of experience, including end-to-end backlog ownership and prioritisation based on business value, ROI, and user impact.Product mindset: ability to challenge requests, identify the underlying problem, make trade-offs, clearly explain the “why” behind product decisions, and focus on outcomes rather than requirements alone. Proactive, structured, and result-oriented approach; ability to drive initiatives independently.Requirements & decomposition: ability to work with functional and non-functional requirements, use UML/BPMN, and turn complex initiatives into clear, shippable increments.Product delivery: strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum; experience with Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN, and wireframing tools such as Miro or Balsamiq.Communication: ability to work with multiple stakeholder groups, clearly explain product decisions, and keep stakeholders and development teams aligned around common product outcomes.Education: degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
