We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft Excel and VBA to design, automate, and maintain robust data solutions. Li-Hybrid Kraków: 6 days/month on-site What you get in return Flexible cooperation model – choose the form that suits you best (B2B, employment contract, etc.) Hybrid work setup – remote days available depending on the client’s arrangements Collaborative team culture – work alongside experienced professionals eager to share knowledge Continuous development – access to training platforms and growth opportunities Comprehensive benefits – including Interpolska Health Care, Multisport card, Warta Insurance, and more High quality equipment – laptop and essential software provided Daily tasks: - Design, build, and maintain complex Excel models, dashboards, and reporting tools - Develop, optimize, and document VBA macros and automation workflows - Transform raw data into structured, analysis-ready datasets - Automate recurring reports, reconciliations, and data validation processes - Create advanced formulas (including Power Query, dynamic ranges, array formulas) - Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers - Ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across all spreadsheets - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and automation needs - Maintain version control, documentation, and best practices for all solutions - Troubleshoot and improve existing Excel/VBA tools for performance and reliability Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot) Strong VBA development skills (macros, user forms, error handling, performance tuning) Solid understanding of data structures, data cleaning, and validation techniques Ability to handle large datasets efficiently within Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business requirements into technical spreadsheet solutions High attention to detail and excellent documentation habits Nice to Have: Experience with SQL and relational databases Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis Experience integrating Excel with external data sources (APIs, CSVs, databases) Understanding of financial, operational, or compliance reporting Education: Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or equivalent practical experience Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions.
