Задачи: Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation projects; Own project planning, governance, resource coordination, and delivery execution; Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations; Facilitate collaboration between business leaders, SAP consultants, and delivery teams; Drive executive-level communication and project reporting; Ensure project delivery aligns with SAP best practices and business priorities; Support organizational change, user adoption, and successful transition to operations; Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies; Deliver projects with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and business value. Требования: 4–6 Years of hands-on experience leading SAP implementation, transformation, or rollout projects; Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA projects; Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills; Strong commercial awareness and business acumen; Experience working in international, cross-functional environments; Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, or similar project methodologies; Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities; Native Polish language skills; Professional English proficiency; Based in Warsaw; Nice to have: SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud experience.
