Требования: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions; Practical experience in business analysis, including gathering, documenting, and managing business requirements; Knowledge of business process modeling, optimization, and documentation using structured methods and tools; Effective communication skills and the ability to work with diverse stakeholders and present complex topics clearly; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; Familiarity with IT project lifecycles and requirements management tools; Basic understanding of software development concepts; Ability to work on-site in Tashkent, manage part-time hours effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment; Proficiency in English and local languages; Nice to have: experience in consulting or technology-driven projects.
