AWS Solution Architect (Data Analytics)

Job ref: L8RW7YYV People Profilers is hiring on behalf of a leading global software and cloud provider with a local presence in more than 80 countries for the AWS Solution Architect (Data Analytics) in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect - Data Analytics to design and deploy data analytics solutions on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform . The ideal applicant should have extensive knowledge of data analytics technologies, AWS services, and experience designing scalable and efficient data solutions to tackle difficult business challenges.  Responsibilities: Solution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop complete data analytics solutions, and create architectural diagrams and documentation. AWS Expertise: Use your significant knowledge of AWS services like Amazon Redshift, Amazon EMR, Amazon Kinesis, AWS Glue, and others to build strong data analytics systems. Data modeling: create and optimize data models to meet reporting, analytics, and business intelligence requirements while maintaining data integrity and performance. Scalability and Performance: Create solutions that are scalable, high-performing, and cost-effective, taking into account data volume, query complexity, and user concurrency. Data Integration: Define data integration methods for extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from diverse sources into the analytics platform while maintaining data consistency and quality. Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices to protect sensitive data while also ensuring compliance with industry norms and regulations. Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and fix performance bottlenecks, data quality issues, and other implementation and operational challenges. Collaboration: Work with data engineers, scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical recommendations. Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technology to offer innovative solutions for improving data analytics capabilities. Requirements: Have proven expertise (5 years) as a Solution Architect or a similar role, specializing in data analytics and AWS cloud technologies. Extensive hands-on expertise with AWS services like Amazon Redshift, Amazon EMR, Amazon Kinesis, AWS Glue, and AWS QuickSight. A solid understanding of data modeling, ETL methods, data warehousing, and data governance standards. Experience with data management and transformation , as well as knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Python and SQL. AWS Certified Professional or Associate certification is required, as well as AWS Certified: Data Analytics Specialty and AWS Certified: Solution Architect certification. Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to build and implement innovative solutions to difficult data challenges. Strong communication skills are required for efficient collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams. Experience dealing with Agile techniques and version control systems.
