Senior Business Analyst Consultant

You will work with international banking clients on complex transformation initiatives within the Credit and Lending area, combining strong business knowledge with customer-facing consulting skills. In this role, you will help shape solutions, prepare market and benchmarking analyses, support architecture and solution discussions, and coordinate collaboration across multiple stakeholders in multinational projects. You will also contribute to AI- and ML-driven initiatives that are transforming the banking landscape. Daily tasks: - Cooperate closely with banking customers and build strong long-term relationships - Prepare data-based benchmarks and market analysis - Create solution and architecture overviews for customer discussions - Work across multiple stakeholders to shape business and delivery alignment - Lead end-to-end multinational initiatives in the banking domain - Conduct workshops and presentations for customers and internal teams - Support product ownership activities in Agile projects - Collaborate with business stakeholders on Credit and Lending solutions - Contribute to AI-assisted delivery initiatives in the project - Use corporate tools to support project coordination and communication At least 5 years of experience in banking sector domains such as Finance, Investment Banking, Credit Risk or Retail Banking Hands-on experience working with banks High level of knowledge and experience in cooperation with customers Ability to prepare data-based benchmarks, market analysis, and solution overviews Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage customer and partner relationships Strong capability of handling end-to-end multinational projects Very good interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation Experience in conducting workshops and presentations Experience as a Scrum Master Understanding of System Analysis approaches for complex solutions Basic SQL knowledge Knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau Knowledge of corporate tools such as JIRA and Confluence Team player mindset with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, business, finance or economics Openness to work hybrind from our client's office (Kraków) 8 days per month Nice to have Experience with international banking customers Experience in strategy and management consulting Understanding of banking and technology trends Experience in Credit and Loans Prototyping skills Technical background Experience with AI tools such as GitHub Copilot Must have: Business analysis, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence
