Investment Sales & Business Development Associate Zug, Switzerland (1–2 days home office) Focus Markets: Switzerland (German-speaking), Germany & Austria I am currently supporting a Swiss-based investment management firm in the search for an ambitious and commercially driven Investment Sales Associate to support the continued growth of their fund distribution activities across the DACH region. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior to mid-level profile looking to develop within the world of investment management, fund distribution & alternative investments. The position will focus initially on the promotion and distribution of UCITS credit opportunity strategies to family offices, wealth managers and smaller institutional investors. The Profile: 1–5 years of relevant professional experience Strong commercial / hunter mentality Previous sales or business development exposure preferred Interest in investment management / financial markets A native German speaker & fluent in English (mandatory) Additional languages are considered a plus The company is open regarding background and seniority, however they are particularly interested in dynamic, entrepreneurial and relationship-oriented personalities with a genuine interest in developing business and building long-term client relationships.
