Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) Proven track record participating in or leading a SAFe transformation Deep working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder communication skills Fluent in English Tasks & Deliverables Educate and reinforce agile principles, values, and practices with team members, leaders, product managers, product owners, and business stakeholders Enable collaboration by improving communication, establishing communities of practice, and promoting a transparent workplace culture Identify workflow blockers, perform root-cause analysis, and guide continuous improvement practices Support and drive the broader organizational mindset shift toward agile ways of working Why join us?
