Pricing Analyst

The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set. As a Pricing Analyst at RXO, you will support customers and sales representatives by responding to pricing inquiries and delivering accurate, competitive quotes in a timely manner. This role requires a highly analytical mindset , strong attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. What your day-to-day will look like: Compile, analyze, and interpret data to support pricing strategies and decision-making Assist with increasing approved carriers and contacts for RXO; upload and maintain rates within the pricing database Act as a liaison between operations, sales, and compliance teams to ensure alignment and accuracy Collaborate with carrier procurement and sales teams to understand market trends and pricing dynamics Provide timely and competitive quotes to the sales team for new lane opportunities Maintain a strong understanding of market tools and trends, including seasonality, industry shifts, and factors impacting rates Recommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality output At a minimum, you’ll need: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions High level of adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience 1+ year of logistics or transportation experience It’d be great if you also have: 1+ years of related experience in pricing, logistics, or transportation Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills The ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and tools Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills with proven problem-solving abilities Experience managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines Does this sound like you?
