Main Responsibilities Operational Tasks – Tax Reporting: Prepare and submit all tax returns before the legal deadlines – Inventory Management: Manage and update company inventory records – Cost Optimization: Find legal ways to reduce the company’s financial costs – Document Collection: Collect all physical documents directly from the Kyiv office – Shipping Restriction: The company will not send documents by post or courier Workflow and Process Rules – Data Entry: Complete all data entry and forms independently – Complete Deliverables: Do not send incomplete documents back to the management team to complete – Clarifications: Ask clear questions if information is missing, but complete the final paperwork independently – Specification Adherence: Complete tasks according to the exact requirements and specifications provided by management Professional Conduct – Adaptability: Adjust quickly to the rapid changes and irregular schedules of a startup company – Attitude: Complete assigned work without complaints or negative behavior – Communication: Communicate in a professional and respectful manner at all times – Problem Solving: Actively solve problems instead of only reporting them without solutions Mandatory Requirements – Mindset: Open-minded, non-judgmental, proactive, and can-do mindset – Fully hands-off for management: Able to handle all accounting workflows end-to-end without requiring management to manage, process, or send documents – High degree of autonomy: Able to take full ownership without constant direction or delegating operational tasks back to the company – Language: Fluent in English — speaking, reading, and writing – Location/Presence: Must be able to work from the Kyiv office as required We offer – Growing Company: Opportunity to work in a growing and developing company – Hybrid Work: Flexible hybrid work format – Compensation: Top-market salary for the right candidate, based on experience and qualifications – Career Path: Opportunity to transition to a full-time role with a higher salary in the future
