SEO Specialist

Responsibilities Promote websites in Google Search across international markets Collect and assemble semantic cores in various languages Draft clear task descriptions (briefs) for copywriters Optimize page titles, meta tags, and work on overall content ranking factors Enter and manage data in the admin panel (proprietary CRM) Conduct technical SEO audits and set tasks for developers and designers Develop link-building strategies, source link donors, and manage outreach Perform competitor analysis within the niche Track and analyze search rankings and organic traffic Handle communication and correspondence with partners and vendors What we're looking for in a candidate 2+ years of experience in SEO, with a portfolio of successful website ranking case studies Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA) and Google Search Console (GSC) Hands-on experience in Link Building and Outreach Strong win-win negotiation skills Proven experience targeting Eastern Europe and Tier-2 markets Experience with industry tools: Screaming Frog / Netpeak Spider & Checker, KeyCollector / Topvisor, Ahrefs, Serpstat, Semrush B1 English level; proficiency in Bulgarian, Romanian, Serbian, or Swedish is a strong plus Solid understanding of the Gambling & Betting market and current industry trends (experience in Fintech, Essay/Writing, or Dating niches is also relevant) Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS (sufficient for inline content edits) Experience with PBNs (Private Blog Networks) is optional, but preferred What we offer Remote work Competitive salary, determined based on interview results Fully covered sick leave and vacation Work equipment provided 5/2 schedule with a flexible start to your workday Benefit package (sports, healthcare, education) Everything you need to succeed, support for your ideas and initiatives!
