Project Manager

Location: [Central Park-7th floor] Employment Type: Full-time / 1-Year Project Contract (with option to convert to Full-Time) Industry: Fintech / Payments / Digital Banking We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end development of our new payment ecosystem. Position: Project Manager What Youll Do - Lead the full lifecycle of payment application developmentfrom requirements to launch - Manage engineering, product, business, compliance, and vendor alignment - Develop project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation plans - Oversee system design, development, integration, testing, deployment - Ensure compliance with security and financial regulations - Maintain up-to-date documentation and track progress using project management tools - Provide clear updates to leadership and be the main stakeholder contact - Work effectively in an Agile development environment What Were Looking For - Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration - At least 4 years of experience managing complex IT projects - Proven record of delivering large-scale or multi-stakeholder tech solutions - Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in PM tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.) - Ability to operate in Agile/Scrum environments - Familiarity with payment systems, APIs, and security standards is a plus ⭐ Preferred Qualifications - PMP, CITPM, or similar certifications - Experience in fintech, digital banking, or payment systems Benefits - Project Closure Bonus - Flexible employment structure: Choose Full-Time OR 1-Year Project Contract, with option to extend into a Full-Time role - Quarterly KPI Bonus - Flexible work start time: Begin your day anytime between 08:00; 09:30 - Dynamic startup-style environment with high ownership and impact
