Strong Middle Project Manager

Dinarys GmbH is looking for a **Middle Project Manager** to join our delivery team and manage international software development projects for enterprise and eCommerce clients. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, working in Agile environments and collaborating with distributed cross-functional teams. You will ensure predictable delivery, transparent communication with stakeholders, effective resource utilization, and continuous improvement of project processes. **Candidate Business Value** The Middle Project Manager will ensure predictable, high-quality project delivery, improving client satisfaction, team efficiency, and business transparency. The role brings value by **effectively planning and utilizing project resources, reducing delivery risks and costs, aligning team capacity with business needs**, and enabling scalable, repeatable delivery processes that support Dinarys’ growth and long-term client partnerships. #### **Requirements** * 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT / software development projects. * Solid understanding of PMI knowledge areas, including **Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Risk, Communication, Stakeholder, and People Management**. * Practical experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid models). * Ability to manage the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure. * Proven experience in: * Project planning and estimation. * Budget tracking and timeline control. * Risk identification and mitigation. * **Resource planning and capacity management.** * **Experience planning resource needs based on project scope, roadmap, timelines, and delivery priorities.** * **Ability to monitor team workload, availability, and allocation and proactively identify resource risks.** * Strong skills in stakeholder management and client communication. * Understanding of change management and continuous improvement practices. * Experience in client-facing delivery for international customers. * Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Developers, Architects, QA, Designers, DevOps). * Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). * Understanding of SDLC and modern software development practices. * Upper-Intermediate or higher English level (spoken and written). * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. #### **Nice to have** * PMI certification (PMP, CAPM) or Agile certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe, etc.). * Background in eCommerce or Enterprise solutions. * Basic technical background or previous experience as BA / QA / Developer. #### **Responsibilities** **Project Delivery** * Lead and manage software development projects according to PMI and Agile principles. * Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. * Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation. * Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, Retrospectives. * Monitor project progress, budget, and risks; proactively address issues and blockers. * Ensure transparent and effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders. * Manage change requests and ensure proper impact analysis. * Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. * Prepare project status reports and present them to stakeholders and management. **Resource Planning & Management** * Plan and maintain **resource allocation** based on project scope, roadmap, timelines, and delivery needs. * Monitor team **capacity, workload, utilization, and availability**, identifying resource risks early. * Work closely with a **Delivery Management** and Recruitment team on staffing, team composition, replacements, and future resource needs. * Ensure resource plans remain aligned with project plans and delivery priorities.
