Задачи: Build, develop, and support data products offered by the Data Office; Translate data into meaningful and actionable insights; Understand business and technical aspects of data to deliver suitable products for stakeholders; Support continuous improvement by developing value-adding products; Highlight data risks through thorough testing and analysis; Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources; Create models, reports, dashboards, and recommendations; Design and deliver high-quality data analytics solutions; Work with Data Engineering and key stakeholders to develop scalable analytics products; Contribute to data pipelines and curated datasets; Identify trends through data analysis; Provide expert guidance on analytics and performance measurement; Maximise the value of internal and external data sources; Deliver projects autonomously while maintaining clear communication with the Data Analytics Lead. Требования: Proven experience in data analysis, data science, or business intelligence; Proficiency in SQL; Extensive experience in data analytics and data visualisation; Understanding of statistical concepts and analytical techniques; Experience with large datasets and relational databases; Track record of making data solutions accessible for end-users; Experience working with stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making; Experience building data products that transition manual and heavily Excel-based analysis to automated or semi-automated solutions; Knowledge of star schema modelling, including dimensional data modelling, dimensions, facts, measures, and hierarchies; Experience developing analytics with Microsoft Power BI or other data visualisation tools; Nice to have: Python, experience beyond descriptive and diagnostic analytics.
