Задачи: Recruit for multiple positions across Germany, the UK, and other international markets; Develop sourcing strategies and produce target candidate lists for live roles; Search for candidates through databases, industry publications, cold calling, networking referrals, and other sourcing channels; Track candidate pipelines, priorities, and performance data for internal stakeholders; Partner with HR Business Partners on candidate selection, compensation, and recruitment strategy; Improve talent attraction methods and recruitment processes; Collaborate with business areas to align resource planning; Market local recruitment events to attract candidates; Support recruiting activities across multiple countries. Требования: Advanced English and German language skills; Bachelor's degree preferred; or a high school diploma with additional experience; 5+ Years of experience in a recruiting environment; Proven success managing high workloads and difficult recruitment searches; Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process from kickoff to candidate interviews; Resourcefulness, initiative, and ability to develop innovative solutions for difficult openings; Experience with employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Ability to prioritize, push back, demonstrate urgency, and remain customer-focused and collaborative; Nice to have: Experience with Workday HRIS and Recruiting.
