(Senior) Hybrid Cloud/Cloud Architect

Job Description:   Provide architecting and engineering expertise in Hybrid Cloud solution in the infrastructure (IaaS) and platform (PaaS) space as well as Datacenter Infrastructure footprint. Collaborate and work with Customer to understand their business requirement and challenges and propose technical solution and bill of material to address their needs. Helping the Sales team to reach targets, to ensure the successful closure of the sales process. Delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients. Conducting research into the industry including competitor research. Ensuring solutions stated in the Statement of Work are best practice and in line with client requirements. Managing the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFP. Encouraging clients to buy extras, upgrades etc. Anticipate and develop new service catalogue offerings and products for both Public Cloud and Software Defined Data Centre platform by analysing market trends and our stakeholder requirement. Plan, coordinate and project manage hybrid cloud related projects. Potentially considering new markets or clients to contact, based on your knowledge of both the products/services and their users. Job Requirements: Relevant university degree in IT or Computer Science with at least 4 years of relevant working experience in System Integrator environment. At least 3 years of experience in architect, design and provision of workload on Datacentre Infrastructure domains like Computing, Storage, End User Computing, Software Defined Data Center. At least 1 year of experience in architect, design and provision of workload on Public Cloud such as AWS, Azure and GCP. Knowledge and experience with the general Sales & Technical practice. Knowledge and experience in preparing & managing sales account plans, pipeline and forecast. Knowledge and experience in solution selling. Knowledge and experience in Business requirements gathering, articulating solution advantages, developing ROI & TCO measures, and design IT architecture. Experienced in designing solutions based on Hardware and Cloud), knowing other technologies/vendors is a must (Mainly Dell, Cisco, EMC, VMware, Microsoft, etc...).
