About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Stock Controller Coordinator with a minimum of 2 years' experience who's ready to make an impact. This role is essential in supporting both day-to-day operations and larger team objectives, ensuring that tasks flow smoothly across the business. Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hybrid arrangement, providing both flexibility and in-office engagement
Key Duties
Providing administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing documents and records
Handling inventory and supplies, including some light to moderate lifting tasks
Assisting with data entry and general office management tasks
Liaising with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to handle light to moderate lifting as required by certain tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing demands
