Private medical care Co-financing for the sports card Constant support of dedicated consultant Employee referral program Daily tasks: - Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders - Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications - Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma - Conduct UX reviews and contribute to the end-to-end user experience of the marketplace - Collaborate closely with software developers to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented - Maintain functional and technical documentation - Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery Hands-on experience with UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and Figma Strong ability to write functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams in close collaboration with developers Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills Fluent written and spoken English for documentation and communication with international stakeholders Nice to have: Experience in data-related domains such as data platforms, analytics, or data governance Experience working on data marketplace, data catalog, or data platform products Familiarity with data mesh architecture Background combining UX design and IT analysis responsibilities within a single role Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience Must have: UML, BPMN, SQL, Business analysis, Figma
