System Administrator

RequirementsSystem Administration: Strong experience administering Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, including users, security policies, and remote access;Networking: Solid understanding of the OSI model, network protocols, routing, and LAN configuration for reliable office infrastructure;Scripting: Experience with Bash and PowerShell to automate routine system administration tasks and improve operational efficiency;Hardware Support: Ability to maintain and troubleshoot computers, peripherals, office equipment, and network infrastructure;Infrastructure Monitoring: Experience monitoring networks, servers, and system performance to proactively identify and resolve issues;IT Operations: Experience with backups, office applications, IT inventory, documentation, and external IT service providers;AI & Modern Technologies: Experience using AI-powered tools to support troubleshooting, scripting, documentation, and infrastructure management.ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Support: Maintain and support network, server, and office IT infrastructure to ensure stable daily operations;User Administration: Support Windows, Linux, and macOS users and manage access, security settings, and system configurations;Network & Systems: Configure and monitor networks, servers, backups, and infrastructure performance to maintain reliability;Hardware Support: Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, peripherals, and other office equipment;IT Vendors: Coordinate with providers, hosting services, and hardware suppliers to support infrastructure needs;Documentation & Inventory: Maintain IT inventory, technical documentation, and procedures to ensure transparent infrastructure management.We offerHigh salary (plus performance bonuses and salary revision);Work schedule: Mon-Fri (8 hours per day) with flexible starting hours;Gym membership;Сorporate meals;Exciting work challenges that allow you to grow to your full potential;A strong team of like-minded professionals who will be by your side to accomplish ambitious projects, stimulate your professional development and bring experience.
