From the employer Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and supporting candidates Close Digital, IT, Affiliate, and non-IT vacancies of various levels Work with complex senior, lead, and C-Level positions Interact with clients and understand search tasks Work with a candidate database and professional network Use LinkedIn, job sites, X-ray, Boolean Search, and other tools Collaborate with the team and share expertise Strong senior recruiter with experience in iGaming Independence and maturity in work Strong sourcing skills and developed professional network Experience in closing Digital / IT / Affiliate / non-IT vacancies independently Experience working with senior, lead, and C-Level candidates Active LinkedIn and confident in Boolean Search English at B2 level is an advantage Fully remote format 5/2 with flexible start time Strong team and exchange of expertise Complex and interesting vacancies Freedom in search and minimal micromanagement Opportunity to influence processes and develop professionally Fixed salary + bonuses, discussed individually
