Delivery Lead

Job Title: Delivery Lead Location: London/Hybrid Salary: £90,000 - £115,000 Why Apply? Responsibilities Take end-to-end ownership of delivery across a varied client portfolio, spanning conventional agile projects and newer AI-driven work Run stakeholder governance and senior client relationships, keeping delivery on track through complex, fast-moving environments Lead early-stage discovery and immersion work with clients to understand their business challenges and spot where technology can genuinely help Build the commercial case for proposed work, working closely with colleagues to make sure every project has a clear rationale before it gets the green light Keep a watchful eye on progress at each stage, making the call on whether to push forward, adjust course, or stop Help plan what happens after an initial proof of concept succeeds, so promising ideas don't stall before reaching real users Stay hands-on with modern AI tools personally, confident enough to walk a client through a live example Read the room across different stakeholder groups, balancing commercial, political and interpersonal pressures with a steady hand Requirements A strong background as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager or Senior Project Manager, ideally within agile teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a sharp commercial instinct Exposure to discovery, product thinking or client workshops - or real enthusiasm to build this side of the role Genuine day-to-day comfort with AI tools, and the confidence to speak to practical, real-world use cases A proactive, resilient mindset that thrives on ambiguity and isn't afraid to challenge assumptions early Background in technology consultancy or professional services would be a strong advantage What's in it for me?
