Expert Application Security Specialist

Required skills: SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity and Access Management, Application Security, User Access Management, Stakeholder Management, RACF Location : 100% remote work (Poland) Availability : ASAP / within 1 month We are looking for an Expert Application Security Specialist to join an ongoing project focused on Identity & Access Management (IAM). Project activities are starting now and are part of a larger IAM program. The role requires substantial experience in managing Access Groups, User Accounts, and Service Accounts within SailPoint IQ. As part of an established project team, you will play a key role in onboarding and clean-up activities, collaborating closely with stakeholders from both Business and IT to ensure successful onboarding to SailPoint IQ. We are looking for a professional with a collaborative mindset and a strong understanding of Business Applications, IT Processes, and Identity & Access Management. You should be able to support and challenge stakeholders while leveraging your experience in application management and/or development as well as IAM. Success in this role requires the ability to quickly understand different stakeholder environments while maintaining alignment with project objectives and deliverables. Responsibilities: Access Review and Analysis of Application Security & User Access Management: Analyze access-related data to identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary user permissions Assess findings and recommend appropriate actions based on business requirements Stakeholder Coordination and Analysis of Application Security & User Access Management: Engage, collaborate, and facilitate dialogue with business stakeholders, application managers, and system providers to gather information required for appropriate action Act as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders Collaborate with RACF and IAM subject matter experts and formulate recommendations for actions and mitigations Facilitate onboarding to SailPoint IQ Support clean-up activities related to access groups, user access, and service accounts Project Support & Change Management: Facilitate discussions to resolve conflicting requirements and priorities Assist in effort prioritization and scope change management Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field Proven experience as an Identity Application Security Specialist, Application Manager, or User Administrator working with SailPoint IQ Substantial experience managing Access Groups, User Accounts, and Service Accounts in SailPoint IQ Good understanding of applications and Identity & Access Management Self-driven and motivated with a collaborative mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to effectively collaborate with both Business and IT stakeholders Experience supporting application security and user access management initiatives Ability to quickly understand stakeholder contexts and align activities with project deliverables What We Offer: Multisport card Private healthcare Group life insurance
