Regional Controller

Links Recruiting is working with a growing organization seeking an experienced Regional Controller to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple business entities and locations. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity involving financial reporting, team management, process improvements and collaboration with operational and corporate leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee monthly close, financial reporting and GAAP compliance across multiple entities. Lead and develop accounting personnel. Manage external audits, internal controls and financial reporting documentation. Oversee revenue recognition, inventory, reconciliations and related accounting functions. Support system improvements, business integrations and process standardization. Partner with operational leadership to review financial performance. Qualifications Active CPA license required. 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years as a Controller. 3+ years supervising accounting staff. Required experience managing multi-entity or multi-location accounting. Strong GAAP knowledge, including an understanding of percentage-of-completion accounting. Public accounting experience highly preferred; otherwise, significant external audit support and accounting documentation experience. Experience in construction, services, manufacturing or distribution preferred. Advanced Excel and ERP experience. Compensation & Benefits $130K–$150K base salary plus 10% bonus.
