We are looking to hire an experienced Manual QA Engineer to ensure software quality and stability across RGS releases, taking ownership of rigorous manual testing execution and defect identification. You will eliminate current testing bottlenecks and accelerate integration throughput. By upholding high quality standards, you guarantee seamless product delivery and support scalable growth across key platform initiatives. Key responsibilities Manual Testing Execution: Perform rigorous end-to-end manual testing across RGS releases to ensure complete software quality and stability. Defect Identification & Resolution: Identify, document, and track software defects early to guarantee seamless product delivery. Integration Quality Assurance: Validate integration flows to ensure the highest quality standards and accelerate overall integration throughput. Bottleneck Elimination: Address active testing backlogs and streamline QA workflows to maintain continuous release velocity. Platform Growth Support: Uphold rigorous QA standards to drive reliable and scalable expansion across key platform initiatives. Qualities We look for these qualities across the QA team. Meticulous Attention to Detail Rigorously evaluates RGS releases and edge cases to identify hidden defects before they reach production. Collaborative Problem-Solving Partners closely with developers and integration teams to perform root cause analysis and streamline resolution. Quality Ownership Takes full accountability for upholding high software quality standards and eliminating testing bottlenecks. Continuous Improvement Proactively refines QA workflows, test cases, and processes to drive release velocity and team efficiency. Experience & requirements Some of this is essential; the rest helps. Beyond it, we look for the right personality and potential. Proven experience in functional, integration, and regression testing within web-based or gaming/RGS environments. Strong proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman to validate backend services and data flow. Solid understanding of SQL and hands-on experience querying databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) for data validation and backend troubleshooting. Demonstrated ability in detailed root cause analysis, defect tracking, and complete bug lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with test management platforms such as TestRail for test case creation, execution, and reporting. Familiarity with version control using GitHub and understanding of CI/CD concepts via GitHub workflows. Prior domain knowledge of iGaming, Remote Gaming Server (RGS) architecture, or online casino platforms. Basic understanding of browser developer tools, web logs, and network traffic monitoring (e.g., Charles Proxy). Why join us? It’s a really exciting time to join Push Gaming.
