We expect a Lead Product Manager to be able to operate at several levels simultaneously: Strategy → Domain → Initiative → Execution You should be comfortable defining where the domain needs to go, translating that direction into concrete initiatives, and stepping directly into execution when a complex problem requires hands-on leadership. The role is designed for a mature product leader who can operate independently today and take on broader product leadership responsibility as the organization and domain evolve.
