About the Role As Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing campaigns across the One Agency brand and our portfolio of high-profile clients. You'll work closely with our recruitment team and have significant creative freedom to shape campaigns, introduce new ideas, and influence the direction of our marketing efforts. Our in-house marketing team supports leading brands including: National Broadband Ireland (NBI) Virgin Media Bord Gáis Energy And a growing portfolio of national and international clients This role offers the opportunity to work across recruitment marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, and website development. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple brands and campaigns Create engaging content for social media, websites, and digital advertising Manage and grow One Agency's online presence across all platforms Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels Monitor, analyse, and optimise PPC performance to maximise ROI Manage website updates, improvements, and landing page creation Support website development projects and user experience improvements Develop employer branding campaigns for clients Create marketing reports and analyse campaign performance Identify new opportunities to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement Collaborate with internal teams to support recruitment and outsourcing campaigns Contribute innovative ideas to support the company's continued growth and expansion About You Experience in a marketing role Experience managing successful PPC campaigns Strong website management and website-building experience Excellent understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and social media strategy Strong content creation and copywriting skills Experience using design tools such as Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite Highly organised with excellent project management skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving Passionate about marketing, branding, and business growth What's on Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work with some of Ireland's most recognised brands Significant creative freedom Opportunity to shape and influence the future growth of the business Supportive and ambitious team environment Ongoing professional development opportunities Career progression within a rapidly growing organisation If you're an ambitious marketer looking for a role where your ideas will be valued, your creativity encouraged, and your work will have a direct impact on business growth, we'd love to hear from you.
