Senior Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. Responsibilities: Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals Translate business needs into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and charting Build and maintain product roadmaps and delivery plans Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Design teams throughout the development lifecycle Define product goals and success criteria for features and releases Analyze product performance, user feedback, and business metrics to inform product decisions Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders Support release planning and ensure timely, high-quality delivery Requirements 2+ years of Product Management experience in the iGaming industry — mandatory Excellent English proficiency — mandatory Strong knowledge of Agile & Scrum methodologies , including sprint planning, backlog management, estimation, and charting Proven experience working directly with technical teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Experience with B2B iGaming platforms or internal products Understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance considerations Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment Please note: iGaming experience and excellent English proficiency are mandatory requirements for this position.
