Job Responsibilities: Provide in-person assistance for users with hardware, software, and application issues. Extend helpdesk and remote IT support whenever necessary. Manage network and server functions, including backup and monitoring services. Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems, including hardware, operating systems, and third-party software. Perform customizations and configurations for hardware and software installations. Follow prescribed standards, guidelines, and procedures for system implementation and ongoing support. Apply the most recent software updates or upgrade versions as needed. Job Requirements: Diploma in Computer Networks or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support. Proficient in MS Windows, Office 365, Exchange Mail, Lotus Notes, and Active Directory. Hands-on experience with PC troubleshooting and end-user assistance. Experience with Windows Server and Linux platforms is advantageous. CCNA, MCP, or MCSE certification is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking and TCP/IP protocols.
