Dev Ops Engineer, Sr.(Cloud Platform & Infrastructure)

We are seeking a Senior Development Operations Engineer focused on cloud infrastructure, container platforms, operational automation, and database modernization initiatives. This individual will help support and expand our AWS-based platform, which currently includes Amazon EKS, Docker, and SQL Server workloads, while participating in strategic modernization initiatives involving Kubernetes adoption and Amazon Aurora. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Manage and support cloud infrastructure running in AWS. Support containerized workloads utilizing Docker and Amazon EKS. Design and implement platform automation solutions. Enhance deployment reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency. Support SQL Server environments and modernization initiatives. Participate in efforts involving migration and adoption of Amazon Aurora. Assist with expansion of Kubernetes-based platform capabilities. Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational best practices. Participate in incident response and root cause analysis activities. Drive automation to reduce manual operational effort. Basic Qualifications: 7+ years of DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering experience. Strong AWS experience. Hands-on experience with: Amazon EKS Docker SQL Server Experience supporting production cloud environments. Strong scripting and automation skills. Experience with monitoring and operational support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications Kubernetes administration experience. Amazon Aurora experience. Database migration experience. Infrastructure as Code experience. Experience supporting SaaS platforms.
