Excellent communicator: You possess excellent written and spoken German alongside C2-level English, comfortably engaging and inspiring our customers in either language. Strategic thinking. You're eager to contribute to customer success strategies tailored to Meister's goals and circumstances, with a proactive, builder-oriented mindset that helps drive continuous improvement. Analytical skills. You're comfortable analyzing customer health metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement, using data-driven insights to support customer satisfaction and retention. The minimum salary according to the Austrian Collective Agreement (IT-KV, AT / Einstiegsstufe ) is €2,547.00 gross per month based on full-time employment (38.5 hours/week).
