From the employer Launch and manage advertising campaigns in the iGaming vertical Find, test, and scale new traffic sources Analyze campaign effectiveness and key metrics: CTR, CR, ROI, CPA, etc. Optimize current connections and disable unprofitable sources Develop and implement new traffic acquisition strategies and unconventional approaches At least 1 year of experience in iGaming Successful cases in traffic arbitrage and current experience in traffic acquisition Strong analytical skills Ability to plan work strategically and communicate effectively Seek new solutions rather than relying solely on ready-made templates Fixed salary with growth potential based on results Fully remote format Flexible start of the working day High level of autonomy Openness to new ideas and suggestions
