JOB SCOPE Role : Web Developer (Backend) Create web applications that address the phases of SDLC (software development life cycle) Update existing applications to meet the security and functionality standards as outlined in the companys website policies. Monitor the ongoing performance of the company website and suggest the best measures in order to improve. Assist in updating application development policies to ensure that all future applications meet the latest technical requirements. Need to understand brief and develop as per the expectation Should be energetic and self-driven with a strong aesthetic sense Should be able to express innovative Ideas and understand the requirements Should be a creative thinker, independent in exploring ideas and directions Should be able to meet the deadlines JOB REQUIREMENTS Strong knowledge of website structure, functionality, and best practices Strong Knowledge of Databases - preferably MySQL Ability to develop in Core PHP.
