Задачи: Build and develop finance and accounting structures in cooperation with the Accounting Lead and CFO; Advance and automate finance processes; Monitor revenue, costs, and expenses; Improve financial and liquidity planning; Manage incoming and outgoing invoice flows; Coordinate approval processes and independently ensure payment transactions; Reconcile accounts and proactively resolve payment discrepancies with suppliers and business partners; Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements; Support internal and external reporting; Coordinate with business partners, specialist departments, and management. Требования: Completed degree in business administration with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling, or relevant commercial training; Process-oriented mindset and interest in improving existing structures; Very good knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets; Fluent German (C2); Fluent English (C1); Strong communication skills and confidence; Ability to work across departments; Quick comprehension and conceptual and analytical skills; High reliability and a thorough, conscientious working style; Nice to have: Experience with common finance tools such as DATEV, knowledge of VAT law.
