Project Manager - Agentic AI (h/f)

Required skills: Project Management, Security, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Governance, Deployment, Data Science, CIS Controls (Security), Generative AI (GANs), Data Privacy Summary This role mainly focuses on leading the governance and implementation of AI frameworks, ensuring the responsible deployment of Agentic AI and adherence to safety standards. Main Responsibilities: Support project management for Agentic AI Governance and AI Safety Ops initiatives. Develop and operationalize the “Responsible AI By Design” framework. Drive the adoption of Responsible AI capabilities through maturity assessments. Propose a catalog of reusable AI assets/modules for effective implementation. Coordinate the Group AI Governance Forum on governance topics. Manage project deliverables such as policy-as-code exploration and agent inventory. Provide operating guidance and adoption materials. Key Requirements: 1-2 years of expertise in AI Governance. Experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning. Strong project management skills. Fluency in English and French. Ability to align stakeholders from various disciplines (Data, AI, IT, etc.). Nice to Have: Familiarity with insurance or regulated data environments. Background in ML/AI development. Experience in delivery of Agentic/Generative AI projects.
