SR. Technical Project Manager (Only in Lithuania based)

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager under a B2B (business-to-business) contract to lead system decommissioning , infrastructure upgrades , and application/data migrations , applying ITIL-aligned change management to deliver projects on time and with minimal business disruption. Key Responsibilities: Drive technical projects covering system decommissioning , infrastructure , and data/application migrations Track risks , issues , and mitigation actions across the project lifecycle Coordinate dependencies among infrastructure , application , security , data , and vendor workstreams Maintain compliant project documentation and ensure seamless handover to operations Engage business owners, IT leads, and vendors; provide concise status reports to senior stakeholders Develop cut-over and rollback plans, manage UAT , post-migration validation, and hypercare Must-Have Requirements: 5+ years managing complex IT infrastructure and application projects in large enterprises Strong grasp of integration dependencies and change management principles Familiarity with ITIL , service transition, or equivalent frameworks Proven ability to align cross-functional teams and manage vendor deliverables Fluent English; clear written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have: Experience in insurance or other regulated financial environments 👍 English: upper-intermediate 🌍 Location: 📩 Ready to Join?
