Coverage Defense Attorney Location: Princeton, NJ, United States Pay Rate: $115,000 – $160,000 per year Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Coverage Defense Attorney for an opportunity in Princeton, NJ, United States. Key Responsibilities Handle insurance coverage defense litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal Manage first-party and third-party personal auto insurance claims Defend and litigate PIP-related matters Handle coverage disputes involving BI, UM/UIM, auto physical damage, rescission, and order of priority issues Take and defend depositions; argue motions in limine and other litigation motions Conduct trials through verdict; present and cross-examine expert and lay witnesses Independently manage a full caseload in a paperless electronic litigation environment Work closely with litigation support staff Requirements See full job description for requirements Preferred Qualifications Experience in a related field is preferred Screening Questions How many years of experience do you have relevant to this Coverage Defense Attorney role?
