Key Requirements: Freight forwarding experience is mandatory: C andidates without prior experience in this industry will not be considered. Only local candidates will be considered applicants must have a valid work permit for Thailand. Aggressive, field-active sales approach we are looking for proactive sales professionals who can generate new business and drive revenue growth. High commission-based role ideal for candidates with an existing customer portfolio looking to maximize earnings. Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve both local and international sales targets . Conduct prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation to secure new clients. Represent the company in negotiations and partnerships with clients, airlines, shipping lines, and business partners. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and solution-oriented selling . Take ownership of customer issues , ensuring resolution with a high level of service. Demonstrate expertise in freight forwarding sales concepts and techniques , with a minimum of one to three years of experience in the industry. Logistics operational knowledge is a plus . Show a proven track record in sales success , with the ability to build and expand client networks . Be an independent self-starter with excellent time management and multitasking skills .
