IT Project Manager

Part-time: approximately 15–35 hours per month. Workload varies by project phase; payment is based on actual hours worked. ODVEM is recruiting an IT Project Manager for a mobile application and administrative dashboard project. The planned engagement is part-time over approximately nine months; the start date and workload will be discussed with shortlisted candidates. Please apply only if you meet all of these requirements: • You can document a qualification at Bachelor's level or above in Project Management, Social Sciences, Marine Science or Statistics, or a formally recognised equivalent qualification. • You have personally managed software delivery involving specialists from different disciplines, including planning, milestones, risks, reporting and stakeholder communication. • You can work in English in meetings and documentation and can commit approximately 15–35 hours per month. You will plan delivery and milestones, coordinate the designer and developers, manage risks and reporting, and communicate with stakeholders. Experience managing mobile application delivery is an advantage. This role is fully remote. No travel or in-person attendance is required.
