We're Hiring: Business Development Senior Exec/Assistant Manager! We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients while driving business growth. Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Work Mode: Work From Office Role: Business Development Senior Exec/Assistant Manager What You'll Do: Work closely with the Manager on business development planning, meetings, and execution. Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships. Engage customers to understand needs, present solutions, and maintain strong relationships. Support product development by providing market and customer insights. Prepare proposals, presentations, and support negotiations and deal closures. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitors, and prepare reports for management. What We're Looking For: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, or related fields. Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles (tech industry experience preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work closely with management and handle multiple responsibilities independently. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
