Send CV to marcillina.tietjen@dcvtechnologies.co.uk if you are interested Senior Conversion Analyst – MCH 📍 Kraków, Poland DCV/HX/ Senior Conversion Analyst – MCH/24.09.2026 Critical Requirement Applicants must have direct experience in: Transferring accounting data from an external administrator's system into the State Street accounting platform (MCH), OR transferring accounting data between different MCH entities as part of fund events. Responsibilities • Prepare and review accounting migration reconciliation files • Analyse discrepancies between accounting records and administrator data, or between different sets of accounting data during inter-fund transfers • Present reconciliation and comparison results to relevant project stakeholders • Independently manage smaller conversion/migration projects • Take ownership of key activities within larger migration projects • Coordinate with internal project teams and other stakeholders • Complete project activities and ad-hoc requests within agreed deadlines • Support the creation and maintenance of procedures and job aids • Identify lessons learned and opportunities to improve conversion processes and controls • Support knowledge transfer and cross-training within the team • Assist with onboarding and training less experienced colleagues Required Skills & Experience • Very good knowledge of MCH • Hands-on MCH accounting data conversion/migration experience • Strong understanding of fund accounting processes • Strong reconciliation and analytical skills • Ability to investigate and explain accounting data discrepancies • Ability to independently manage workload and take ownership of assigned activities • Strong stakeholder communication skills • Good knowledge of MS Office • Excellent written and spoken English Previous fund accounting experience is preferred. A Finance, Accounting, Business or related educational background is preferred. 📩 Interested?
