Job Responsibilities: Comply with all relevant national and regional laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and compliant project execution. Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and monitoring construction activities from project commencement through completion and handover. Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation. Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and cost performance; identify potential issues and propose corrective actions. Supervise site activities and ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules. Attend site meetings, progress reviews, and technical discussions with project stakeholders. Support the management of M&E systems, including power supply, lighting, HVAC, ventilation, water supply, and drainage systems. Assist in the preparation and review of project schedules, work plans, method statements, and technical reports. Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities to ensure successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, safety regulations, and project quality standards. Maintain accurate project documentation, progress records, technical submissions, and handover documents. Report project progress, technical issues, safety concerns, and risks to the Project Manager in a timely manner. Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in construction, M&E, industrial, infrastructure, or data center projects. Familiar with M&E systems including electrical distribution, HVAC, ventilation, lighting, water supply, and drainage systems. Knowledge of construction processes, engineering standards, safety requirements, and project execution practices. Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or other engineering and project management software. Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction documents. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in data center construction projects will be an added advantage. Willing to travel and work at project sites when required. Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a project team. Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
