Talent Management Specialist

Our client, a leading international organization, is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to support its European operations. In this role, you will report to the Talent Management Manager (Europe) and work closely with HR and business stakeholders across the region. You will play a key role in delivering talent management initiatives, providing expert guidance on employee relations matters, and supporting a wide range of people-focused programs and projects across the European business. Daily tasks: - Manage the end-to-end performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, development plans, and performance improvement initiatives. - Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, handling disciplinary and grievance cases in line with company policies and employment legislation. - Monitor absence trends, support return-to-work processes, and provide recommendations to improve attendance and employee wellbeing. - Coordinate internal mobility activities, including relocations, secondments, and career transitions, while supporting employees' career development. - Provide guidance on employee support matters, workplace accommodations, and HR policy interpretation, ensuring a fair and consistent employee experience. - Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture in partnership with managers and HR stakeholders. - Contribute to both operational and strategic talent management projects across the European business. 4+ years of experience in Talent Management, combined with broader HR expertise. Strong background in Employee Relations and Talent Management. Solid knowledge of Hungarian employment law, HR processes, and best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment. Flexibility to adapt priorities to evolving business needs. Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders. Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
