System Analyst

Job Responsibilities: To assist IT Manager in overall project operations and co-ordination To supervise internal development team / subcontractors / vendors to ensure the smooth running of the project Develop high quality program coding and give technical advices Ability to problem-solve and conduct robust testing throughout system deployment Prepare documentations including system requirement and design documents, such as system documentation, technical specifications, database design specifications and system manuals, etc. Comply with IT security policy and audit requirement in system developments and operations Undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors Job Requirements: Degree holder in Computer Science or equivalent At least 5 years in post-qualification IT experience of which 3 year must be in similar post and in comparable capacity Solid experience with software design, and application development Self-motivated with proven rapid learning capabilities At least 3 years hands-on experience in web development under Windows & Linux platform Practical experience in T-SQL and PL/SQL skills Solid experience in application development or support in .Net, Entity framework, LINQ and MVC model, Python Experience in Web / Mobile & API development, BI / Data analytics as well as Cloud environment setup. Familiar with agile methodology and related tools Responsible and high level of accountability Excellent analytical skills Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to share concepts Able to work as a team or independently with minimal supervision Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
