MIS and Power BI Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a MIS and Power BI Developer based in India. This is an individual contributor role focused on transforming operational and financial data into clear, actionable reporting and dashboards. You will manage MIS and Power BI reporting across key Finance & Accounting processes, including Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A. The role combines advanced Excel, Power BI, VBA, and CRM reporting to monitor performance and support informed operational decisions. You will create recurring reports covering SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. A key part of the position is identifying performance gaps and developing dashboards that help teams improve processes and operational efficiency. You will work in a collaborative, multicultural environment where strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving are essential.
