We have an opportunity for an Analyst in our International Sanctions Compliance Team to join us at Honeywell, in Prague. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office + 2 days work from home model.
Reporting to the Director Export Compliance, your focus will be on performing due diligence and risk monitoring over a variety of our business partners, driving operational risk review with internal stakeholders to support timely analysis completion.
Leveraging your analytical skills and ability to organize your workload effectively, you will be proactively performing baseline risk reviews, determining next steps for timely and complete risk analysis in line with internal standards and initiating and supporting internal review by various stakeholders. This all to ultimately support our business activities within complex risk environment.
Key responsibilities
Work as ambassador of compliance to raise awareness with internal stakeholders and provide them with specialized advice and training
Support and work within operational framework for internal risk review and response
Be part of internal control environment by performing routine compliance diligence and checks
Be engaged with internal Sales and Program Management stakeholder as a trusted advisor on risk through all their pursuits, initiate and coordinate risk reviews as appropriate
Stay engaged with other trade, export control and sanctions compliance professionals in the region, exchange know how and develop best practices
Continuous learning as regulatory environment changes, implement necessary measures
Key skills and qualifications

We Value
Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Education or background in law or compliance
SAP / GTS knowledge
Fluency in other European language(s)
Background or interest in data analytics, automation projects
Project management certification or experience leading projects
Experience in any of the following
Sanctions regimes of the US, EU, UK or other
European Union Dual-Use Regulation
Military Export Controls
US Export Controls (EAR or ITAR)
Customs Regulation
Anti-Boycott
Anti-Money Laundering
