Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues across advanced bare-metal hardware , Linux operating systems , and networking environments . Analyzing installation logs , OS-level metrics , and orchestration environments to identify the root causes of AI cluster deployment failures . Collaborating with hardware engineering teams to escalate and resolve hardware-related issues (e.g., BIOS, BMC, PCIe, and network switches ). Monitoring and troubleshooting failures in automated CI/CD processes . WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills (minimum 2 years of experience). Knowledge of IP networking concepts: DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching (minimum 2 years of experience). Hardware/Firmware troubleshooting skills, including knowledge of bare-metal servers, BIOS, and BMC systems. Strong analytical skills, including ticket handling and analysis of system and installation logs. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. NICE TO HAVE: Knowledge of Docker / Kubernetes. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins). Scripting skills in Bash / Python. Experience with network-based server deployment (PXE/netboot). WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?
