Recruiter / Talent Search Specialist (inhouse and agency) ONSITE AND REMOTE (Onsite Pretoria- National) We specialize in connecting top talent with companies in various industries. Our mission is to help our clients find the best candidates for their open positions while providing exceptional service and support throughout the recruitment process. ROLE We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Recruiters / Talent Search Specialists to join our team, and also roles with our clients -Various location - immediate need - Pretoria As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for our clients' open positions. DUTIES Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide timely and accurate updates on candidate progress Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating job offers and facilitating on-boarding Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an agency setting Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various industries and roles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing and candidate management If you are passionate about connecting talented individuals with their dream jobs and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
